IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the jl48 platform. By creating an account, accessing the website at jl48.cam, or using any services provided by jl48 (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and jl48 ("jl48," "we," "us," or "our"). Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with such accounts. This restriction applies regardless of whether the accounts use different personal information, payment methods, or devices.

2.3 Identity Verification

jl48 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify user identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by jl48 for verification purposes.

Acceptable identification documents include Philippine passports, driver's licenses, UMID cards, postal IDs, or other government-issued photo identification. Verification typically completes within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours, though additional time may be required for complex cases.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl48 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify jl48 of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. jl48 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

jl48 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms. We may suspend or restrict account access if we detect suspicious activity, multiple failed login attempts, or any behavior suggesting unauthorized account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jl48 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposited funds must be your own and derived from legitimate sources. jl48 reserves the right to reject any deposit or request additional verification regarding the source of funds.

All deposits are final once processed. Funds transferred to your jl48 account become account balance available for wagering. You acknowledge that deposits are made for gaming purposes and not for the purpose of fund transfers or currency exchange.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless exceptional circumstances justify an alternative method as approved by jl48.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the jl48 website. 4.3 Fees and Charges

jl48 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees, for which jl48 is not responsible. Any currency conversion fees charged by financial institutions are borne by the User.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or technical error, all affected bets and winnings will be void. jl48 will return the original stake to your account balance. You agree to notify jl48 immediately if you become aware of any game malfunction or error.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JL48, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or connectivity issues
• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or game malfunctions

IN NO EVENT SHALL JL48'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JL48 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, jl48's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your jl48 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. jl48 is not obligated to return funds associated with voided transactions, unclaimed bonuses, or accounts closed due to Terms violations.

11.2 Termination by jl48

jl48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide required verification documents
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Extended account inactivity
• Business reasons at jl48's sole discretion

Upon termination for cause, jl48 may confiscate any remaining account balance, winnings, or bonuses. You will be notified of the termination and, if applicable, the reasons for such termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact jl48 customer support in good faith to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or dispute arose, or it will be forever barred.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND USING THE JL48 SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING BEING AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE, AND THAT YOU WILL USE THE SERVICE RESPONSIBLY AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS.
